5 Senses Art Project
Recently I’ve met a lot of people who are very stressed out for a multitude of reasons and often the conversation turns towards what we can do to de-stress. One of the best ways I know to de-stress is to focus on our senses. We live in amazing bodies with the ability to sense the world around us in fascinating ways and when I bring my focus back into my body I realize how enjoyable the day has been and can relax.
This collective project aims to celebrate our senses and hopefully along the way lower our collective stress levels.
To participate, simply fill out the short survey below. As I receive your responses I will look for patterns based in geographic regions and create a paintings to reflects the most common answers. The more data the better so please feel free to share page this with your friends!
This is a long term project (lasting several years I expect) and along the I will post completed paintings so be sure to check back regularly!
